Colin Graham
Currently serving as Innate Edge’s Director of Operations, Colin Graham is the driving force behind the company’s many real estate investment projects and corporate endeavors.
Colin was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, but his experience has taken him far beyond the Canadian Rockies. In an earlier life, Colin worked as a journeyman instrumentation technician specializing in fiscal measurement, a trade which afforded him the opportunity to live cross-nationally and internationally from Newfoundland to Korea.
Over the years, Colin has developed strong interpersonal communication skills, giving him the unique ability to understand the needs of a diverse group of people from various backgrounds.
His laser-sharp financial skills and hands-on experience flipping properties, managing renovations and acting as a landlord, culminate to make him a valuable and resourceful ally in the real estate investment space.
Keith Sanheim
Born in Regina, raised in Winnipeg, and settled in Calgary, Keith Sanheim has a diverse background.
A retired professional volleyball player, Keith travelled for nearly a decade across Canada, Greece, Japan, France, Italy and Germany. While living and touring abroad, he discovered a passion for architecture, which sparked a lifelong fascination with buildings, structures and, ultimately, real estate investing.
Keith credits his competitive nature and integrity to his days as an athlete, and his strategic thinking and execution skills to his career in medical sales. Working in private business has broadened his knowledge base and enhanced his ability to partner with real estate investors to achieve win/win outcomes.
Over the years, Keith has been heavily involved in rental properties, private investment lending, and joint ventures. He’s also dabbled in “flipping,” construction, remodelling and land development. Today this team-oriented, award-winning businessman serves as TKTK, where he contributes diverse prairie values and hard-hitting real estate investment experience.
Neal Melynk
Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Neal Melnyk is a visionary with the perseverance to succeed. Neal comes from a long line of investors, granting him exposure to hotel ownership, multi-family apartments, income properties, and self-managed stock portfolios.
Growing up and experiencing his family investing in real estate, Neal has developed this same passion and has continued in his family’s legacy. With several income properties of his own, he has had hands-on experience as a landlord and managing properties. His diverse portfolio also includes passive development deals, private lending, joint ventures, creative real estate deals and self-directed stock portfolios.
Neal has an exceptional attention to detail, is creative and innovative and has a strong ability to problem solve which branches from his background in engineering. Neal has worked in the oil and gas sector for over a decade now but has always had a passion for real estate investing. Over the years, Neal has attended many real estate investment training seminars and courses which has strengthened his knowledge and expertise.
In June 2017, Neal became a Keyspire member, where he met Innate Edge cofounders Keith Sanheim and Colin Graham. It was then when Neal learnt that working as a team was way more powerful than working alone. But there’s more to Neal’s life than a savvy investor, spending time with family and being able to enjoy life more with financial freedom is what Neal is destine to achieve.
